There was still no clear sales process and little automation. It was simply no longer possible to process the large number of leads and the overview was quickly lost. In order to support the necessary scaling of customers and sales, a well thought-out solution was needed.   <\/p><h3>Growth Ninja&#8217;s solution for metergrid<\/h3><p>Together with metergrid, the Growth Ninjas <strong>carried out and supported<\/strong> the <strong>complete implementation of HubSpot (Professional Suite).<\/strong> <strong>The entire CRM and a variety of functions from the <a activities<\/li><li>Quotations incl. configurable product bundles <\/li><li>Partner search via Google Maps API<a href=\"https:\/\/developers.hubspot.com\/docs\/platform\/ui-components\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(HubSpot UI Components<\/a> + <a href=\"https:\/\/react.dev\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">React<\/a>)<\/li><li>Comprehensive reporting and dashboards as well as tracking of KPIs<\/li><\/ul><h3>Project result &amp; customer benefit<\/h3><p>By using the entire HubSpot platform, metergrid was able to significantly increase the &#8220;number of hits&#8221; and process many more high-quality leads than before. <strong>&#8220;We currently have up to 100 qualified inquiries per week, which we can process efficiently thanks to HubSpot.&#8221;<\/strong> The entire customer journey, from the initial contact with the leads, through sales, to the entire project processing including partners and finally the handover to the customer including after sales\/support, is now mapped in HubSpot and provides the metergrid team with a central database.
