Challenge at KaWa commerce<\/h3>

With the aim of further company growth<\/strong> and a constant increase in new customers, KaWa decided to introduce the HubSpot CRM system in order to optimize and further expand its internal sales processes.<\/p>

In addition, KaWa focused on adapting its digital presence to offer users an improved user journey on the website<\/strong> and to formulate the two core competencies of AWS and Magento more clearly for the target group.<\/p>

Growth Ninja’s solution for KaWa commerce<\/h3>

The CRM system chosen was HubSpot.<\/strong> All CRM requirements were first defined in a joint workshop. KaWa’s historical and current customer data was collected, cleaned and finally imported into HubSpot. The entire sales process, including the sales funnel, was optimized<\/strong> and mapped in HubSpot for future sales activities. Finally, KaWa employees received extensive training in the use of HubSpot in their daily work, customer communication and customer support.<\/span><\/p>

Prior to the website relaunch, a positioning<\/strong> was developed together with KaWa<\/strong> in order to derive a targeted communication strategy and strengthen the brand identity. In the course of this development, a redesign of the logo and a visual adaptation of the CI<\/strong> were determined in order to achieve a “modern” appearance as a company. The focus of the website relaunch was the detailed presentation of the partial services of the two main topics Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Magento online stores<\/strong> in order to achieve clear order and project delimitations. Offering these partial services as “modules” enables customers to request individual services or these in combination with other modules.<\/p>
